Lima Logistics Corporation, a PEZA ( Philippines Economic Zone Authority) registered Ecozone Facilities Enterprise was established on June 10, 1998. With partner companies such as Lima Land, Inc (34.6%), MARUBENI Corporation (29%), EVERGREEN Philippines Corporation (25.4%) and Kamigumi Company Ltd. (11%) with paid-up capital of Php 181,250,000.00; it stated full operation on June 1999 in warehousing and container yard operation. The facilities include a Warehouse with a floor area of 1,800 sqm, equipped with a Space Rack (Racking System 855 sqm convertible to 2,565 using 3 high stacking system); a mezzanine floor with 468.50-sq.m. additional storage area, 8,200 square meters Container Yard that can accommodate a total of 570 units of 40' and 20' container vans. It is equipped with a container handling equipment which is a state of the art FANTUZZI Reach Stacker that can lift container up to 40 tons.

Today, LLC with its growing number of client mostly from Southern Tagalog and nearby provinces expanded its operation with the construction of additional warehouse with a floor area of 1,800 sq.m. and a mezzanine floor measuring 1,440 sqm. It started operation on March 2001 rendering their logistics requirements in Storage and Cargo-Handling.
