LIMA LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC.(LLSI) is wholly owned subsidiary of LIMA CORPORATION, a joint venture between MARUBENI CORPORATION and KAMIGUMI CO.,LTD of Japan, LIMA LAND of the ALCANTARA GROUP OF COMPANIES and EVERGREEN PHILIPPINES CORP. It was established on December 15, 1998 to engage in the business of Trucking, Hauling, Cargo Consolidation/Forwarding operations, International Freight Forwarding, Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC), Warehousing and Management of Special Project.

The services registered was not complete with out the custom brokerage. So on January 25, 1999 the registration was amended to include the Custom Brokerage Business to cater the growing logistical needs of companies located at the Calabarzon Growth Trade Area, wherein the most modern and advance industrial zoned are located including Lima Technology Center, Laguna Technopark Inc., Carmelray Industrial Park to name a few.
